Scott Green serves as the Foundation’s founding

Executive Director, guiding strategic vision,

program growth, and public advocacy. With a

background in cultural storytelling, media, and

preservation, he brings deep commitment and

lived experience to the leadership of the

Foundation.

​

As allowed under the Foundation's bylaws, Green also serves as Chairman of the Board during this early phase of development. This dual role ensures continuity and focused leadership while the organization builds capacity and recruits additional leadership.

The Foundation is currently seeking qualified, mission-driven professionals to join our team. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in nonprofit operations, cultural communications, and community development.

Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
Provides administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.

  • Organize files and grant records.

  • Assist with event logistics and tracking deadlines.

  • Serve as liaison between staff, Board, and external partners.

Director of Communications

Position Summary:
Leads the Foundation’s messaging, branding, and storytelling strategy to elevate awareness and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a communications strategy tied to our mission.

  • Oversee content for media, press, social, and web.

  • Support digital storytelling and educational campaigns.

  • Collaborate across departments to amplify programs and impact.

Director of Sales & Promotions

Position Summary:
Builds revenue and awareness through strategic campaigns, merchandise, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a promotions calendar.

  • Develop and oversee branded merchandise.

  • Secure advertising sponsors and event partners.

  • Lead donor-facing promotions and incentives.
